Martin Yan's Chinatowns - Chinese Iron Chef, The.avi



In this Martin Yan cook show video, he introduced slightly history about Chinatown, on how that particular location get its name, he as well introduce person that he going to meet in Chinatown as well this particular person background and how this person became famous, In this video as well, that person show how he prepared his signature dish that help him won Iron Chef Competition, from that onward Martin Yan get inspiration from that person or a chef and create his own Martin Yan signature dish, to my point of view both of their cooking skill and method is good perfectly done, furthermore, Martin Yan did mention about suitable temperature to cook fish, Martin Yan believe proper temperature is the key of cooking perfect dishes when it comes to fish. Last but not least, to my point of view video is good but presentation wise need to be improve when Martin Yan serve his signature dish, in his plate it has a lot of vegetable as it will make the plate messy and should reduce the amount of vegetable on his presentation plate.

Fast food can be describe with, conveniences concept that introduced by westernized country as it is fast and convenience product to customer. This concept mostly used in fast food restaurant such as ready processed food from production to consumer which entitle them as QSR concept simply mean Quick Service Restaurant, this concept can be easily implement in any location especially busy street as well housing area, because due to busy life routine and minimal time. This is why, this trend easily implement by local as they have minimal time to have their meal compare to normal restaurant which takes longer time for customer order to arrive at their table which they think it is waste of their time waiting.

This concept as well, offered affordable price product as fast food restaurant entrepreneur offered various set such as kid set meal as this can be implement in housing area which fast food restaurant focus their market on family with children where by ordering kids set meal, their children will get children toy of course according to monthly offered by the fast food restaurant itself such as set promotion according latest movie on air such as Minions, Transformer, superman, or any latest fiction movie in cinema.

As for, breakfast set meal restaurant focus more on what food product that local consume such as omelette, hash brown or any breakfast product that local preferred according to their location strategy. For Lunch set meal, restaurant focus more on slightly heavier food to consumer as they make their food product portion slightly bigger compare to breakfast as during this hour consumer need food that slightly filling to product energy or source of protein to continue their busy lifestyles.

 Dinner set meal will be something that is, average and consumable this as well depend on strategic location as some consumer might have their Hi-tea and for those who don’t really consume hi-tea they prefer their meal to be in large portion that is why fast food restaurant offered regular or large set meal, as it can increase time in implementing and encouraging consumer to adapt fast food concept into consideration in their daily routine and this as well, will increase number of fast food restaurant in industry in that particular location.

In every industry, of course has advantage and disadvantages, to my point of view in this industry has more disadvantages rather than advantages as in, fast food product mostly base on food product that been deep fried, before it serve to customer which by using large amount of cooking oil to fried their product it will harm consumer health as it contain large amount of carbohydrates by repeatedly cooking oil been use to cook other food product. As this will give more calories transfer from product that been fried previously such as fried chicken, Fries, nugget, or any other petty product. Which make consumer have obesity problem which lead to heart disease and health problem.
Due to fast food restaurant entrepreneur concern, popular fast food restaurant has make various further consideration, as they decided to made their product more healthier in  managing their raw food product more environmental friendlier technology and healthier method to prepare their preserved ingredient. Such as, they encourage free range chicken concept which are safe to consume and environmental friendlier technology on machines or tools. They as well, use more hygienic concept by using go green concept machines. As it does not required a large amount of electricity and it can help fast food industry to continue their operation, without customer concern on consuming fast food product will harm their health and it will generate profit of fast food restaurant.

Important of supervision: This is what happen when Non-Local handle your restaurant without local supervision

To complete our dinner, me and my girlfriend decided to complete our dinner with wonderful dessert we decided to drop-by IN HOUSE CAFE but it does not follow as we expected because staff did not understand my request as I require certain flavour for my fruit garden ice cream dessert as I repeat a lot of time that I required my ice cream to be in Strawberry, Vanilla, chocolate as the staff nodding continuously as I assume the staff understand my requirement yea our dessert been served without strawberry as in food and beverage industry it is important to tell customer that flavoured required by the customer its not available before proceed of making product itself as it is part of providing good sense of services especially in food n beverage industry and guess what when I ask the staff again after our ice cream arrived he mention to me that strawberry ice cream is not in their café product and they did not order strawberry ice cream in their product which is rather sounds funny , on their menu itself did not have selection of flavour ice cream as it can create customer complain and misunderstanding on their superb sweet ice cream which to me it is the sweetest ice cream which even we can't take it in paired with their tasteless soggy apple and tasteless soggy dragon fruit even thou it nicely presented but what is the point if food nicely presented but taste like Ewwww~ with expensive price which disappointed us.
