Toulouse located 6 hours train ( TGV ) journey from Paris, this because Toulouse are totally different than Paris, which Toulouse consider as other state of France which south western park of France, it is a place for people who prefer far from busy environment, whereby in this place is much more calmer than Paris I would said, at the same time their air are much more fresher than Paris due to their relax and chilling environment. Toulouse as well, can be consider as country side of France where during your 6 hours TGV train journey you will discover or pass by a lot of country side of France which remind me of olden days movie with cowboy running around town with a lot farmer's house and yard, during this journey as well you can see a lot of vineyard around which rather give you 1st impression of relax and chilling environment and perception toward Toulouse. In Toulouse, people there are much friendlier than in Paris due to Paris busy life routine People who live in Toulouse they more likely to speak English if you have that tourist kind a face, Rather than in Paris, whereby seldom you will see French speaks English. Besides that, good news for tourist shopper if you want to shop in France I suggest you shop in Toulouse because their item is slightly cheaper than in Paris. Of course in Toulouse as well, has their own history themselves and classy building especially their church, but not as good as in Paris. If you are big fan of history yea, you can go visit their church and the most important building in Toulouse are their "CAPITOLE" building which have a lot of history with beautiful painting hanging and artistic sculpture hanging in every each of this building's corner.

Soft And Tender Pork Pate Served Together French Pickle
 
Pork Pate considered part of France famous appetizer, which you cannot get from any where else except French fine dining restaurant which I should said food will be extra delightful if eat it with that particular food famous in. Which is environment, culture, and way of eating it to experience French culture, Pork pate is a traditional French appetizer whereby, Pate can be separate into 2 types. Which Pork Pate or Foie Gras pate which also know as duck liver Pate. This Pate carried their own unique kind of taste due to ingredient of Pate been made or should I say slightly same method and slightly different taste due to their taste characteristic such as base ingredient of Pork pate where inners porn part be use to mixed and blend together with a little hint of seasoning to preserve original taste of Pork Pate, after the mixture will be moulded and place in a freezer overnight and afterward it will be smoke, steam, before serve and for the foie geras Pate, ingredient that they use are duck liver and natural geese, after both ingredient will be mixed or blend to mixed well and moulded and place in blast freezer or normal freezer for a night and smoke, or steam the next day before serving and this Pate will be serve cool as it is French famous cool appetizer.  Cest Magnifique ( It is Magnificent )

Crispy In The Outside Soft In The Inside Grilled Salmon Served With Sauté Zucchini And Sauté Sunrise Tomato
 
It need a lot of patient, to produce such a wonderful great grilled salmon. During my trip in France my friend told me that it is not easy to get good seafood in Toulouse, but luckily my salmon never disappoint me as I order salmon to fulfil my hunger during dinner, I was surprise as their salmon turnout to be good which out of my expectation, as I was thinking their seafood would be average because French people prefer red meat to be their meal in their daily life. Especially during winter whereby, they need something hot for their body like meat. In picture above as you can see my salmon look simple but it taste wonderful, plus their chef know how to decorate my salmon plate with variety of colour such as zucchini create green colour to the plate, whereby sunrise tomato carried red and slightly orange colour to my plate which create harmony colour and natural colour to my plate, which it also can create appetite when you see the plate. You must be wondering why there is no sauce on my plate, well they don't need a sauce for a good food. Beside the sauce itself will slowly flow to my salmon from sauté vegetables itself, which is natural beauty of the food and it can help the restaurant to save their cost as they do not have to spend so much on sauce ingredient, its brilliant. This menu that I order are their menu of the day, so they don't really wiling to spend that amount of money just for their menu of day sauce. For your info, it is awesome to pair white wine together with salmon or seafood product. Afterall, France well know with their wine, that is why to me their wine are cheap so why not pair it with your food and it is once in a life time experience in France that will make me remember forever.  Cest tres bien ( It is Marvellous)

Creamy And Moist Babbha Rum Muffin With Cream
 
You will never get this dessert often in Malaysia, that is why I decide to order this dessert as to complete my dinner, during my trip to France so I decide to order something which can keep my body temperature as weather during this period of time its 16 Celsius, so I decided to order babbha rum as my dessert where I was told it consist of rum. Hmm perfect for this period of time, beside I'm still jetlag I need alcohol to overcome jetlag and end my day. As we arrive in this hotel as its already 6pm Paris time, upon my order arrived on my table I can smell freshly bake muffin, as I assume it is  freshly bake muffin smell, but my friend told me usually they make this muffin in the morning. Which it is fresh and has that smell till at night its wonderful, my lovely muffin been served with 100% rum. which it open make my appetite go crazy, as I cant wait to try this dessert together with freshly bake muffin smell. Furthermore, by the time my muffin arrived at my table, the rum soaked together with my muffin, which create wonderful combination of flavour plus this muffin are spongy and moist from bottom which soaked with rum and top part soaked with hand made cream. By their chef itself, with a little hint of cheese flavour awesome. A part from that, their chef play with colour as well as you can see from the picture, a lot of small little piece of chopped cherry swimming around my bowl. which create green colour with combination of my muffin, which is a little bit brown and spongy colour. Jetlag dinner in Paris

You wouldn't wan to eat cup  noodles, when you arrived to a place with full of French food, you might to consider to have good food since you far thousands miles away from home. As I recommend restaurant in Paris or France is totally different than Malaysia as its strategic location, with a lot of car passing by which rather give an unique view from inside restaurant itself rather than pool view itself. In Paris as well, obviously they really taking care of their history well as they proud of their own history which is good and their classic old unique building which is priceless.  
 
In this restaurant that I went during my trip to France, it carried an classic concept of restaurant which they kept their original concept back in the 70s I assume, because by looking at the overview of this restaurant it remind me of 70s era movie as it interior are quite classy colour as in white table cloth paired with red comfortable classic chair sofa kind a like to suite their restaurant ambience and tourist that need a comfortable chair to fulfil their leg's need because of walking along the street together with classic building around. As you can see from picture that I upload, you can see they attach classy type of lamp in their restaurant itself which rather brighten their restaurant environment an warm and classic kind of atmosphere to customer and their restaurant concept, in this restaurant as well they allocate 1 serving station in each of their section which will make their server easier to work with reasonable efficiency to serve their customer. Furthermore, uniqueness of this restaurant is their table setting which rather look normal but it is not as every each of their table complete with seasoning item to assure customer can season their food according to their own taste, in this restaurant their server provide good service depend on how you want to judge it, as they will change your cutleries and plate before other meal course is been serve freshly from their kitchen.
 
French server will not entertain customer which always remind their server to serve or to rush their meal course as they wan their customer to enjoy every single moment in their restaurant but that doesn't mean they did not provide good service to you, for them when customer dine in their restaurant they will treat us like their own visitor but please do not rush them to serve your food as they will get upset or they will say "I know your order please be patient everyone waiting for their food to arrive on their table as well". Don't tell me I didn't warm yaaa ^^ Cheers.

Martin Yan's Chinatowns - Chinese Iron Chef, The.avi



In this Martin Yan cook show video, he introduced slightly history about Chinatown, on how that particular location get its name, he as well introduce person that he going to meet in Chinatown as well this particular person background and how this person became famous, In this video as well, that person show how he prepared his signature dish that help him won Iron Chef Competition, from that onward Martin Yan get inspiration from that person or a chef and create his own Martin Yan signature dish, to my point of view both of their cooking skill and method is good perfectly done, furthermore, Martin Yan did mention about suitable temperature to cook fish, Martin Yan believe proper temperature is the key of cooking perfect dishes when it comes to fish. Last but not least, to my point of view video is good but presentation wise need to be improve when Martin Yan serve his signature dish, in his plate it has a lot of vegetable as it will make the plate messy and should reduce the amount of vegetable on his presentation plate.

This concept mostly used in fast food restaurant such as ready processed food from production to consumer which entitle them as QSR concept simply mean Quick Service Restaurant, this concept can be easily implement in any location especially busy street as well housing area, because due to busy life routine and minimal time. This is why, this trend easily implement by local as they have minimal time to have their meal compare to normal restaurant which takes longer time for customer order to arrive at their table which they think it is waste of their time waiting.

This concept as well, offered affordable price product as fast food restaurant entrepreneur offered various set such as kid set meal as this can be implement in housing area which fast food restaurant focus their market on family with children where by ordering kids set meal, their children will get children toy of course according to monthly offered by the fast food restaurant itself such as set promotion according latest movie on air such as Minions, Transformer, superman, or any latest fiction movie in cinema.

As for, breakfast set meal restaurant focus more on what food product that local consume such as omelette, hash brown or any breakfast product that local preferred according to their location strategy. For Lunch set meal, restaurant focus more on slightly heavier food to consumer as they make their food product portion slightly bigger compare to breakfast as during this hour consumer need food that slightly filling to product energy or source of protein to continue their busy lifestyles.

 Dinner set meal will be something that is, average and consumable this as well depend on strategic location as some consumer might have their Hi-tea and for those who don’t really consume hi-tea they prefer their meal to be in large portion that is why fast food restaurant offered regular or large set meal, as it can increase time in implementing and encouraging consumer to adapt fast food concept into consideration in their daily routine and this as well, will increase number of fast food restaurant in industry in that particular location.

In every industry, of course has advantage and disadvantages, to my point of view in this industry has more disadvantages rather than advantages as in, fast food product mostly base on food product that been deep fried, before it serve to customer which by using large amount of cooking oil to fried their product it will harm consumer health as it contain large amount of carbohydrates by repeatedly cooking oil been use to cook other food product. As this will give more calories transfer from product that been fried previously such as fried chicken, Fries, nugget, or any other petty product. Which make consumer have obesity problem which lead to heart disease and health problem.
Due to fast food restaurant entrepreneur concern, popular fast food restaurant has make various further consideration, as they decided to made their product more healthier in  managing their raw food product more environmental friendlier technology and healthier method to prepare their preserved ingredient. Such as, they encourage free range chicken concept which are safe to consume and environmental friendlier technology on machines or tools. They as well, use more hygienic concept by using go green concept machines. As it does not required a large amount of electricity and it can help fast food industry to continue their operation, without customer concern on consuming fast food product will harm their health and it will generate profit of fast food restaurant.

Important of supervision: This is what happen when Non-Local handle your restaurant without local supervision

To complete our dinner, me and my girlfriend decided to complete our dinner with wonderful dessert we decided to drop-by IN HOUSE CAFE but it does not follow as we expected because staff did not understand my request as I require certain flavour for my fruit garden ice cream dessert as I repeat a lot of time that I required my ice cream to be in Strawberry, Vanilla, chocolate as the staff nodding continuously as I assume the staff understand my requirement yea our dessert been served without strawberry as in food and beverage industry it is important to tell customer that flavoured required by the customer its not available before proceed of making product itself as it is part of providing good sense of services especially in food n beverage industry and guess what when I ask the staff again after our ice cream arrived he mention to me that strawberry ice cream is not in their café product and they did not order strawberry ice cream in their product which is rather sounds funny , on their menu itself did not have selection of flavour ice cream as it can create customer complain and misunderstanding on their superb sweet ice cream which to me it is the sweetest ice cream which even we can't take it in paired with their tasteless soggy apple and tasteless soggy dragon fruit even thou it nicely presented but what is the point if food nicely presented but taste like Ewwww~ with expensive price which disappointed us.
