Toulouse located 6 hours train ( TGV ) journey from Paris, this because Toulouse are totally different than Paris, which Toulouse consider as other state of France which south western park of France, it is a place for people who prefer far from busy environment, whereby in this place is much more calmer than Paris I would said, at the same time their air are much more fresher than Paris due to their relax and chilling environment. Toulouse as well, can be consider as country side of France where during your 6 hours TGV train journey you will discover or pass by a lot of country side of France which remind me of olden days movie with cowboy running around town with a lot farmer's house and yard, during this journey as well you can see a lot of vineyard around which rather give you 1st impression of relax and chilling environment and perception toward Toulouse. In Toulouse, people there are much friendlier than in Paris due to Paris busy life routine People who live in Toulouse they more likely to speak English if you have that tourist kind a face, Rather than in Paris, whereby seldom you will see French speaks English. Besides that, good news for tourist shopper if you want to shop in France I suggest you shop in Toulouse because their item is slightly cheaper than in Paris. Of course in Toulouse as well, has their own history themselves and classy building especially their church, but not as good as in Paris. If you are big fan of history yea, you can go visit their church and the most important building in Toulouse are their "CAPITOLE" building which have a lot of history with beautiful painting hanging and artistic sculpture hanging in every each of this building's corner.

Soft And Tender Pork Pate Served Together French Pickle
Pork Pate considered part of France famous appetizer, which you cannot get from any where else except French fine dining restaurant which I should said food will be extra delightful if eat it with that particular food famous in. Which is environment, culture, and way of eating it to experience French culture, Pork pate is a traditional French appetizer whereby, Pate can be separate into 2 types. Which Pork Pate or Foie Gras pate which also know as duck liver Pate. This Pate carried their own unique kind of taste due to ingredient of Pate been made or should I say slightly same method and slightly different taste due to their taste characteristic such as base ingredient of Pork pate where inners porn part be use to mixed and blend together with a little hint of seasoning to preserve original taste of Pork Pate, after the mixture will be moulded and place in a freezer overnight and afterward it will be smoke, steam, before serve and for the foie geras Pate, ingredient that they use are duck liver and natural geese, after both ingredient will be mixed or blend to mixed well and moulded and place in blast freezer or normal freezer for a night and smoke, or steam the next day before serving and this Pate will be serve cool as it is French famous cool appetizer. Crispy In The Outside Soft In The Inside Grilled Salmon Served With Sauté Zucchini And Sauté Sunrise Tomato
It need a lot of patient, to produce such a wonderful great grilled salmon. During my trip in France my friend told me that it is not easy to get good seafood in Toulouse, but luckily my salmon never disappoint me as I order salmon to fulfil my hunger during dinner, I was surprise as their salmon turnout to be good which out of my expectation, as I was thinking their seafood would be average because French people prefer red meat to be their meal in their daily life. Especially during winter whereby, they need something hot for their body like meat. In picture above as you can see my salmon look simple but it taste wonderful, plus their chef know how to decorate my salmon plate with variety of colour such as zucchini create green colour to the plate, whereby sunrise tomato carried red and slightly orange colour to my plate which create harmony colour and natural colour to my plate, which it also can create appetite when you see the plate. You must be wondering why there is no sauce on my plate, well they don't need a sauce for a good food. Beside the sauce itself will slowly flow to my salmon from sauté vegetables itself, which is natural beauty of the food and it can help the restaurant to save their cost as they do not have to spend so much on sauce ingredient, its brilliant. This menu that I order are their menu of the day, so they don't really wiling to spend that amount of money just for their menu of day sauce. For your info, it is awesome to pair white wine together with salmon or seafood product. Afterall, France well know with their wine, that is why to me their wine are cheap so why not pair it with your food and it is once in a life time experience in France that will make me remember forever. Cest tres bien ( It is Marvellous)

Creamy And Moist Babbha Rum Muffin With Cream
You will never get this dessert often in Malaysia, that is why I decide to order this dessert as to complete my dinner, during my trip to France so I decide to order something which can keep my body temperature as weather during this period of time its 16 Celsius, so I decided to order babbha rum as my dessert where I was told it consist of rum. Hmm perfect for this period of time, beside I'm still jetlag I need alcohol to overcome jetlag and end my day. As we arrive in this hotel as its already 6pm Paris time, upon my order arrived on my table I can smell freshly bake muffin, as I assume it is freshly bake muffin smell, but my friend told me usually they make this muffin in the morning. Which it is fresh and has that smell till at night its wonderful, my lovely muffin been served with 100% rum. which it open make my appetite go crazy, as I cant wait to try this dessert together with freshly bake muffin smell. Furthermore, by the time my muffin arrived at my table, the rum soaked together with my muffin, which create wonderful combination of flavour plus this muffin are spongy and moist from bottom which soaked with rum and top part soaked with hand made cream. By their chef itself, with a little hint of cheese flavour awesome. A part from that, their chef play with colour as well as you can see from the picture, a lot of small little piece of chopped cherry swimming around my bowl. which create green colour with combination of my muffin, which is a little bit brown and spongy colour. It give variety of colour to my dessert to end my day, it is perfect, wonderful meal especially in cold environment and Paris environment plus you can see their classic building opposite site of this restaurant. Cest parfait ( It is Perfect) ^_^
